Event photographer — the atmosphere and key moments of your event

An event happens once. The atmosphere, the people, the moment when it all comes together — that can’t be redone. As an event photographer I capture it the way it really was: spontaneous, up close, and without getting in the way of the occasion.

My strength is the documentary eye: the real moments alongside the official ones. The unguarded smile, the glance between two guests, the conversation no one staged — captured by someone you barely notice. Not just the speeches and the group photo, but everything that quietly happens around them. Whether it’s a corporate party, festival, conference or private celebration: documentary, alert and unobtrusive.

For which events

Corporate events and business parties — receptions, openings, product launches, staff parties and anniversaries. You get images that match your brand, with a corporate media licence for your site, social and annual report.

Festivals and public events — festivals, markets, municipal events. I move with the crowd and capture the energy of the audience.

How I work

I arrive an hour before the first guest for the set-up — the room, the styling, the details that get forgotten later. During the programme I switch between the wide view (the atmosphere of the whole space) and detail (conversations and reactions up close). On request I deliver a handful of previews within 2 hours, so your social team can publish while the event is still going.

What you get

• 80-150 edited photos per half-day, in web and print resolution
• Delivery within 7-10 working days via a private online gallery (express on request)
• Full usage licence — corporate or private
• On request a GDPR-aware approach at public events (notice at the entrance, opt-out)

Frequently asked questions

What does an event photographer cost? From €450 for 4 hours of coverage in the Utrecht/Amersfoort region. Full day (8 hours): from €750. Multi-day or larger events on quote.

Do you work with dual storage? Yes — dual memory cards during the event and a 3-2-1 backup straight afterwards. No lost images.

Can you deliver a few photos quickly for social? On request, a selection of 10-15 images within 2 hours of (or during) the event.

Do you work across the Netherlands? Yes. Within 30 km of Hoogland I charge no travel costs; beyond that by arrangement.
