Looking for a wedding photographer who captures the real moments of your wedding day? At Scolpa Wedding Photography it’s all about spontaneous, authentic images — an honest, natural record of your day, without me intervening too much.

With an eye for detail, I follow you from the preparations to deep into the party. The small, intimate moments and the big, joyful ones — so that afterwards you have a complete picture of how it really was.

How I work — before the day

Introductory meeting. We discuss your wishes and expectations, the style of photography and the planning of the day.

Location visit. Where possible I scout the wedding venue beforehand — best spots for photos, lighting conditions, backgrounds.

Equipment check. Lenses cleaned, batteries charged, cameras tested. Backup gear always comes along for emergencies.

Detailed planning. A detailed schedule of the day including times and locations of key moments.

How I work — on the day

Preparations. I often start with getting ready — the dress, the make-up, the tie still to be knotted. Frequently with both partners (a second photographer is available on request for parallel moments).

Ceremony. As unobtrusive as possible. The focus is on the exchange of vows, the rings, the first kiss — and all the reactions around them.

Group shots and portraits. After the ceremony, depending on your wishes, group photos with family and friends. Then a relaxed portrait session with the two of you in a spot with beautiful light.

Reception. Speeches, cutting the cake, the first dance, spontaneous guest reactions.

Party. When the party gets going, I capture the atmosphere and joy. These are often the most relaxed and most fun photos of the day.

How it works — after the day

After the wedding I select and edit the photos — that takes several days, sometimes weeks. You then receive the photos in a private online gallery.

In that gallery you can make a selection for a photo book (on request). It’s not included in the packages by default, but it’s always open to discussion.

Packages

Half day — €950

For a small-scale wedding, or if you only want the ceremony + part of the reception captured.

• 1 day of editing
• At least 50 photos in JPEG
• Excluding travel/accommodation costs depending on location

Full day — €1,950

For those getting married in the afternoon with an evening party.

• ~8 hours of coverage
• 2 days of editing
• At least 75 photos in JPEG
• Excluding travel/accommodation costs

Long day — €2,850

The complete storyline — from the morning preparations to deep into the evening party.

• ~12 hours of coverage
• 3 days of editing
• At least 100 photos in JPEG
• Excluding travel/accommodation costs

For other wishes — destination weddings, two-day celebrations, a second-shooter setup — we’ll put together a fitting proposal together.
